HOW MUCH DOES THE E40FX COST?
MSRP with 51V/105Ah ECO Lithium Battery is clearly marked on our website. Please note that the advertised MSRP does not include dealer/consumer shipping costs or prep.

HOW LONG ARE YOUR CUSTOMER WARRANTIES?
The FX40 golf cart sold by an authorized dealer comes with a 3-year manufacturer warranty from the date of sale. ECO Lithium Batteries are warranted for 8 years from your date of purchase (3 years full replacement value, and 5 years prorated).
CAN I DRIVE MY GOLF CART ON THE STREET?
Yes! All FX40 golf carts are street legal throughout most of the United States. Your local authorized dealer can provide you with more details pertaining to your state’s law.
CAN I HAVE ANOTHER DEALER WORK ON MY CART?
Yes. Any authorized FX40 Dealer can perform warranty work on your cart; however, your original dealer is responsible for warranty work after the sale. If you decide to get warranty work done outside of the dealer from whom you purchased your cart, the parts will be supplied to the non-selling dealer from the Manufacturer; however, the non-selling dealer may or may not charge labor. Work performed outside of an authorized FX40 Dealer or FX40 Service Factory Center may void the Limited Warranty.
